The event was honored with the presence of Ps. László Böcskei, the Roman Catholic bishop, and the vice mayor of Oradea, Mrs. Arina Moş. There were also present on behalf of the various departments of Caritas, a caregiver, a social worker, a doctor, a nurse, a priest, a Franciscan nun, as well as the head of the social kitchen and a volunteer.
Elderly residents watched the events from inside the nursing home through the windows, keeping a respectable distance from outsiders. One Million Stars is the traditional annual action of visibility of Caritas organizations, in which participants express solidarity with their poorer fellows by symbolically lighting a candle. Despite the fact that the event took place in a small circle, the atmosphere was very high. The photos speak for themselves.
