The 10th-graders, under the guidance of teachers Michael Wöhrer, Erwin Häring, Thea Elise Kürner, as well as Hannelore and Josef Holzapfer, worked for a week on the renovation of the former Saint Joseph Hospital building, which serves as the headquarters of Caritas Catolica. The 16 students installed insulation and plasterboard partition walls in the rooms on the first floor. The group’s work was once again organized and supported by permanent deacon Mag. Peter Zidar. The young people completed their tasks cheerfully, which was part of their mandatory school practice, and were also impressed by the beauty of Oradea and the hospitality of the locals, expressing their wish to return next year to continue their work. We hope there will be an opportunity for this, as there is still plenty to do in the interior renovation of the building.
Austrian volunteers renovated our headquarters.

Between October 21-24, we hosted this year's last foreign student group from the Austrian HTL Mödling construction school.
