"Prayer, love for one's neighbor, and fasting are medicine not only for us, but for everyone. They can change history because it is God's most important way to interfere in our lives and in the life of the world. These are the weapons of the soul." (Pope Francis) on Monday, March 7, 2022, at 4 p.m., the leaders of the historical churches will hold an extraordinary meeting at the Roman Catholic Bishops' Office in Satu Mare. The topic of discussion is the impact of the ongoing Russian-Ukrainian conflict on our communities, the related social tasks, the support and reception of refugees. The event will also be attended by Bishop László Böcskei of County, together with representatives of Caritas Catolica.
