The donations were collected by permanent deacon Mag. Peter Zidar, with the collaboration of the Franciscan Sisters of Amstetten.
Volunteers from class X.F. of the Ady Endre Theoretical High School helped with the distribution, under the guidance of their class teacher, Zoltán István.
The event also served as a wonderful opportunity for students of different ages to meet and interact.
The younger pupils joyfully received their bags—each could pick their favorite one—and then joined the Ady students in cheerful group games in the schoolyard, led by teacher Mónika Cuibus.
We were especially glad to have Mr. Zidar join us in person, as he usually works behind the scenes, regularly delivering donations to support those in need throughout Bihor County.
