Visitors from the U.S.

Bishop Jeffrey Monforton, Chairman of the American Catholic Bishops' Conference (USCCB) Subcommittee on Central and Eastern European Support, and Jennifer Healy, director of the Subcommittee, visited the headquarters of Caritas Catolica as part of their visit to the Diocese of Oradea on Monday, June 3.

Members of the delegation inspected the renovation of St. Joseph's Social Centre in Oradea and praised the enormous work carried out there and its future plans. Thanks to an earlier grant from USCCB, Caritas Catolica was able to purchase a service car for the home care program back in 2017.
